Cancellation Policies
Closures due to weather

For the safety of all participants we may close operations during hazardous weather conditions such as high winds or thunderstorms at our sole discretion. If you have an online reservation, our staff will contact you at the phone number or email that you've provided and you will have the option to reschedule (subject to availability) or to receive a full refund.

Cancellation policy for rentals & tours

Full refunds are available for your rentals provided we receive your request to cancel at least 24 hrs prior to your reservation date and time. To cancel your reservation, simply hit reply to your booking confirmation email and let us know in your reply email that you would like to cancel your reservation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hrs notice are non-refundable but may be eligible for a store credit at the sole discretion of Toronto SUP & Kayak Inc.

Cancellation policy for clinics & courses

Clinics & Courses at Toronto SUP & Kayak are in high-demand, taught by nationally accredited instructors with low student to instructor ratios. To receive a full refund or to reschedule, you must send an email to and include your booking confirmation number at least 10 days prior to your program start date. No refunds or rescheduling privileges will be provided for cancellations made with less than 10 days notice. Exceptions are the sole discretion of Toronto SUP & Kayak Inc.

Cancellation policy for private group events

If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to work with you. To receive a full refund, you must send an email confirming your cancellation to at least 10 days prior to your scheduled start date. Exceptions are the sole discretion of Toronto SUP & Kayak Inc.
